LOL, Sherri, it isn't a dress- it's one of my old skirts- it was really pretty and went to the floor. But it was ripped in one part, and it just was starting to look raggy, so I used the draw strings and wrapped them around Lilly's arms and neck to make straps, pinned it so that it was close fitting to her small body (Like around the under sides of her arms) and then wrapped the gold netting around it so you couldn't see the elastic waist.
Oh, that little fairy is so, so precious! Love the dress, the little crown. :) The pictures were so magical.
